”Great location!”

”They told me my reservation didn’t exist, but actually cancelled my original reservation and charged my card again because they didn’t have the room I booked. I booked a suite, they tried to tell me I didn’t, even though my reservation said suite and that’s what I was charged for. The check in process wasn’t professional, staff didn’t know what they were doing, and then they tried to enter our room at 8:00am. ”Breakfast was set up awkward, struggled to handle a large crowd. Our room was clean but housekeeping never came in during our stay. Most other hotels always tend to come in every other day. I'm guessing this needs to be requested. Other then that the staff was very helpful and very welcoming.”

”The breakfast on Saturday morning was the best part of the whole stay. Great server great food and quite tasty ! The room was very clean but the internet was intermittent The TV was on and off every time it rained. Plus our room phone did not work at all.... Needs work. ✌”

”Housekeeping never cleaned room for the two nights we were there. Only light in bathroom is connected to fan and is VERY loud when on making it virtually impossible to use. Food was so so.”

”Terrible experience. The lady at the front desk told us we could not get towels for the pool. She said they were for people who were checking in later that night, but the pool was closing in 10 mind. I have NEVER seen people handed towels as they check in. My daughter and I weren’t given anything when we checked in! She was rude and just didn’t want to work. There were people drinking at the indoor, no alcohol allowed pool, and they left their cups of white wine around the pool when they were...

”Pool was out of order for maintenance. Which was a BIG reason for choosing this site for 5 nights. Location was wonderful. Room was clean except for floors. More spacious than expected. Little balcony was a cute touch. Continental breakfast was great on the weekend, during the week it was like it was only what was left over from the weekend. Very lacking and disappointing. Elevators were very quick but terribly filthy and unsanitary. We actually left a day early due to the pool being close...

”Not good. I knew not to expect much but for $104 a night but I didn’t think it would also smell like sewage and vomit. Stained mattress cover hanging out of the sheet, unreal grime levels as pictured. Would not have stayed the night if I’d seen these things before getting back to the room too late to leave….not worth it. Save and go somewhere else cleaner that won’t make you feel like your skin is crawling. Also pool looks like it’s been closed for a decade. Front desk guy was nice.”
