”Hot and tired after driving all day, lobby was locked had to check in through a security window. My room was clean, but tired, the breakfast was incredibly anemic had cereal, then had to find our own milk. Coffee was instant from one of those machines. I had reserved an accessible room on the website, grab bars and such in the walk in shower, they don’t have any of these rooms.”
