”The staff was very friendly. The room was a little dated, but clean and comfortable. It was right on the Gulf of America with a nice little park for kid, a walkway and Pavilion to enjoy the view. The Inn is located in a more residential neighborhood which was a plus for me. The restaurant in the Inn was obviously used by the locals, and I can understand why, the food and service was very good. We plan to visit again.”

”the rooms were super clean and beautiful, the staff were fantastic. the pool area and the area by the grills and the pools themselves could use a little more attention. vacuuming the pools and maybe some new cushions in the sitting area. they could spray around the pool as there were alot of tiny ants around the pool. Overall a very pleasent visit”

”At the time of making the reservation and the time of check-in, the hotel does not disclose their policy to only change bed sheet only once every 4 days. Had this been revealed, I wouldn't have made the reservation or checked in. This omission is intentionally misleading the public”

”Felt like I was walking into a jail and the front desk guy was extremely rude. The bed was very cheap uncomfortable and reminded me of a pull out bed from my couch. The pillows were a disappointment better off using my backpack as a pillow.”

”The ambience was great. The room we were in was on the small side. Room was very clean, Desiree did a great job. Room lacked outlets around the bed had some just not enough to accommodate chargers. Needed an additional small table under the TV to allow for personal items. Soundproofing not good between the rooms however the Hacienda is a lovely historic property. My advice would be study the size/layout of your room before you book.”

”We stayed for two days, and there was no housekeeping. The rooms needed maintenance, and overall, this is a place that I will put on my do not visit list and I will no longer look into.”

”Roaches In the room, limited cramped parking, $50 surprise deposit on arrival, dirty ice machine, clogged shower heads, and a very unfriendly front desk upon arrival. Checking out, the morning guy was a lot more friendly. ”
