”Loved everything about the room. Only issue was we never received any towels for the room, even after calling numerous times to get towels, so I eventually had to go out and purchase my own towels because I kept getting told the towels were not ready. Also there was no closet in the room so we didn’t have an iron. Other than that room was nice and neat.”

”The check-in staff was very kind, everything else was disappointing. All towels had holes in them, the furniture was mixed matched. All the "fixed" places on the walls wete very obvious. Definitely needs to be updated.”

”Breakfast was okay, not to many options Toast, eggs, turkey sausage and waffle. The hotel can use some updating, towels were on the small size, tv service needs updating basic local channels no cable. Ample parking and staff was pleasant. Would I stay again? maybe but only for a night, not a long stay nor with kids LOL ”

”We greatly enjoyed our suite. It was clean and spacious. Though the wood cleaner used on the bed frame the smell was quite a bit strong in the room. But if you are expecting to get a good night sleep you may be lacking. While the bed is comfortable, the other guests do not take into consideration of others. When we called the front desk at 12:30,12:50, and 3:30 with lots of screaming shouting door slamming we were told the man at the counter “Tyler” is just the valet. And that either they were...

”Stayed at the Horseshoe in a river view room. The room was comfy. The view was excellent!! We enjoyed the casino. The food was good in the restaurants. Loved the central location. ”

”Swimming pool was a good extra. Sheets and blankets were clean. Room carpet and furniture a bit worn out.”

”It is a beautiful place and well maintained. However, there wasn’t a microwave in the room. ”

”Upon arriving at the property, it looked relatively clean and presentable. When we got to the room on the other hand, there was dirty Q-tips and miscellaneous items behind the furniture and under the bed. Good morning we got ready to leave. We check in the refrigerator. Make sure we didn’t leave anything in it and there was a bag of marijuana in the freezer not to mention of roaches everywhere. So if you wanna go get carried away in a sonic boom high roaches, this is a place to stay.”

”The common area’s windows, carpets, entrance doors, elevators all needed a good cleaning. The carpet looked as if it had never been vacuumed not to mention shampooed. The room was somewhat better, but stuffy and the shower left a lot to be desired. The kitchen area looked relatively clean but we did not use it. The main dining area in the lobby appeared somewhat better than other common areas in the building. I rated 2 stars because the room wasn’t quite as bad. The staff was friendly and...

”Do not stay here. It seems as if the owners live here and stay up all night running up and down hallways. It was horrible. I rarely give reviews but thought I needed to review this place as a warning for others. ”

”Rooms were overbooked and reservation was denied. I had to sleep in parking lot due to all hotels in area either requiring minimum of 3 night stay or being completely sold out. Worst place to stay at. Very sketchy and rough looking area.”
