”It’s a cool place. Bar only open until 10 however. ”

”Easy check in, they sent a code for the front door and then we found our room with key in room door lock. Area was quiet and nice patio area. Snacks were accessible throughout common areas. Bedding was super comfortable. Would stay here again.”

”The housekeeping staff knocked just once and immediately opened the door while I was still inside the room. This happened three times in a single day—they entered without proper notice each time. That’s completely unacceptable.”

”Toilet was loose and rocked sitting, dust blew out of ac vent all over suitcase ”

”Rooms are outdated and in need of a refresh. Room was not clean , the bathroom door was filthy and there was dust on the blinds and such. Half of the outlets didnt work.... will not be going back there again.... ”

”Mattresses were hard. Next to the freeway so you can hear everything. No hairdryer. But it was spacious, clean, easy to get to, great water pressure, and liked that they had a microwave and the fridge was extra cold!”

”Will never stay here again and I don’t recommend anyone else to stay here. This hotel needs to be shut down or completely remodeled. Shuttles not available everyday even though they said it would be available. Parking was awful with very tight spaces. Overall hotel just in a bad location ”

”the staff was so friendly the first room we got bed was unmade and no shower curtain the staff did a good job at getting a new room and it was nice the elevators were not very clean but the lobby and room were clean ”

”I had to buy cleaning stuff. For my room it was nasty the bathroom was the worst”

”The hotel and furniture looks outdated. It is in need of a severe upgrade. The cleanliness of our room was questionable and the carpet looked dingy. Our toilet had to be repaired. The elevator was out of commission for several hours. My husband is a heart patient. As a result of the elevator being repaired he was forced to walk up several flights of stairs to our room. I was also charged two different rates for our hotel stay. ”
