”This place is truly a hidden gem. Close to downtown for the restaurants and activities, but in a nice neighborhood. So much here, beautiful rooms and even a big backyard. The comman areas are delightful, and our room was even better. Enjoyed the big soaker tub with the jets.”

”Kaleah (K3) was amazing! Not only was she working multiple roles, she also took the time to show us the beautiful hotel. K3's hospitality was amazing and she deserves a big raise for how well she treats visitors and attending to every need while visiting. We definitely will stay here again next year when we return for a visit.”

”The first room we received was nasty,, someone made up the bed and left tissue up u Der the cover, nor was the air working. But they did move me to a better room.”

”I truly had a nice experience at hotel. The staff was very friendly and they accommodated with my request for my 1 year old grandson. My room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was amazing. My grandson enjoyed the big tub. I enjoyed the big shower. We slept very comfortable in the two queen size beds. The refrigerator was excellent for the babies food. We ordered food from Walk On and watched TV until we feel asleep”

”Property needs a little TLC, the only thing I could say is the young gentleman who checked us in tried really hard to make sure we were happy. Helped us get a room we needed for our four legged kiddo.”

”The stay started off rocky because the pool was closed the hotel had construction that we were not made aware of and it caused the pool & hot tub to be shut down! This was something we were looking forward to! Also the Air conditioner was broken in our first room so we had to wait for someone to come look at it and approve a room swap this delayed our evening!”

”We have stayed at this property many times over the last several years, this was not the best experience we have had. While the front staff was friendly and kind, there were several issues. First we woke up with no hot water and needed to be moved. The new room we were moved too was poorly renovated. There was paint on the floor in the bathroom, the kitchen table was wobbly, the bedroom doors could not be shut all the way or you would get stuck in them as they were so tight, the TV in the second...

”The property and the hotel is beautiful. Very modern. The location is fantastic. The staff is very helpful especially Zek and Lisa. We've definitely found our spot at the Garden Hilton.”

”The staff was very friendly ! The room is very big and space! Room was very cleaned ! We didn’t eat breakfast cuz we had to be in hospital by 545am as outpatient! Parking was nice and safe !”

”We arrived at 1 pm and was told we couldnt check in until 2 even though our room was ready, however if i would pay the guy at the desk $45 i could check in then! Everything was so dirty including the pool woth food floating in it, I have pucs of the pool of u want to see them! Breakfast was horrible, nothing replaces when emptied seemed like the staff ate more then anyone! It was a horrible experience!”

”This property used strong chemicals for cleaning. It Was not healthy breathing in such strong fumes, made breathing uncomfortable and did not sleep well. Would have left but paid in advance and got in late as it was a quick stop to sleep during our long travels across the country. Breakfast had what you would want for a free fill up”
