âHotel and rooms need a lot of TLC, water takes a while to heat up and when it does the pressure in the shower is awful. Pool wasnt bad but there were no spa appointments avaliable depsite having a membership. And the junior suite dosent look like the photos. Ended up makkng a complaint andnit was rectified but still not happy with my stay. Wasnt worth the money I paid. â

âafter checking in they informed us that they were not doing food after 4pm we had not been informed of this they said it was they only had one chef so we checked out i booked this in november and there was no indication that there was a problem on their website they stated they they were serving food until 9pm if they had contacted me to let me know that they had a problem and were not doing foood i would have cancelled â

âRoom was okay but small. The mattress was amazingly comfortable albeit the wooden bed frame was a little creaky.
The walls are paper thin and the doors closing and opening extremely noisy so not as restful a break as the location demandsâ
