”We were told our luggage would be in our room by 4:00 PM, but it wasn’t delivered until 5:20 PM, causing us to miss our dinner reservation. The room was also extremely loud from street noise, and we couldn’t sleep until well after 1:30 AM. There was also an unexpected destination amenity fee.
When we raised these issues, we were told nothing could be done because we booked through a third party. Very disappointed, especially given the cost of the stay and missing the reservation that was one of...

”Hotel is clean and lovely.
Staff was super friendly, but at times there was confusion about questions we asked-valet told us one thing, front desk told us another. We received complimentary drink vouchers from the front desk staff, but then the roof top bar staff told us there were limitations for using them.
Our first room was looking over the roof of a building but our reservation with Expedia said it would be a city view. Front desk staff was a little defensive, saying they have no idea...
