”The front desk staff were fantastic. I can’t say enough good things about them. The bar/in hotel restaurant however might have been the worst service I’ve ever had. It took over 20 minutes to get a simple drink, and another 40 minutes to get our food, which was wrong/not what we ordered. The server was very polite (I don’t recall her name), but the wait times and lack of attention to detail was abysmal. The hotel and stay were wonderful, but I would never eat or get a drink there if I come back”

”Th staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and well maintained and breakfast offered many choices. The rates were affordable and the location is convenient. The only downside was the water pressure was low. I would recommend this Hotel to others!”

”Our room was clean and the staff were accommodating. The barista accidentally left paper on our cheese slice in the sandwich for breakfast but quickly corrected it and was very apologetic. We appreciated the service and hospitality we received. Thank you!”

”Carpets had stains in them. Mattresses had stains in them. The room looked old. The staff were nice. Wouldn’t recommend especially if you’re bringing a significant other with you.”

”The hostel is situated in a residential area. Parking is available on a residential street. The check-in process with Travis was easy. Minor issue when showing me to my private room as someone else had the same first name and accidentally showed me to that room first. But was quickly corrected. The room itself was functional. The bed was firm. The shared bathrooms was clean, but showing its age with various broken tiles. I was only staying one night in Detroit and this is definitely an option...

”Super clean room, also very quiet despite being eight next to a busy highway. Beautiful lobby. Food at the bar was delicious. Comfy bed.”

”The Henry Hotel is like an Oasis in Dearborn MI. It’s beautifully decorated, well appointed, clean, and has wonderful staff. It even smells good. And the food at the restaurant was delicious! If you need a place to stay while you’re in Dearborn, this is the place. A++++++”

”Beautiful property but there wasn’t extra toilet paper and Kleenex in the room and the bathroom shelf wasn’t secure. It was also pretty warm and we didn’t have individual control of our room temp. A mini fridge would have gone a long way. There was also no tea in the lobby. I would stay there again in the spring or fall. ”
