”枕が柔らか過ぎでした。 チェックアウト時の操作が３個とも出来なく、ソラナなカスタマーセンターに電話をして、そのまま帰って下さいとの事で帰ってきたが、電話番号も名前もダメってありえない。”

”We had an issue with the shower coming on & not having hot water in the kitchen. There was a valve that was shut off & we could not figure it out so we contacted the property owner & they had someone come out & fix it that day. The property is good for 1 family or people that are very close as there is little privacy in the shower room & it is very close quarters. Also, the stairs going up to the room are very steep, so you should consider that. The area is nice & quiet, 7-11 very close & was...

”We loved staying in this house. We experienced the way locals live by staying here and it was so lovely. The house was super cute and clean. It was 3 of us but it definitely fits more people. Beds were big and comfortable. Train station was 8 minutes walking so it was very convenient. We would walk home around 11pm and we felt safe. There’s a family mart right on the corner so we loved that. We used them to ship out our luggage’s to Osaka. Very convenient and we will definitely stay here again...

”The villa was clean and well located for public transport and convenience stores. The house was well maintained but over crowded with personal stuff. Some extra charges that were not mentioned during the booking.”

”It was a great place to stay. Across the street from a temple and large cemetery. Sweet residential neighborhood but close to lots of restaurants and a major shopping street. Easy walk to the train station. But we took a cab in and out with our luggage. So nice to have more space than a 120 sq ft hotel room for a similar price. The host was very responsive to questions.”

”Great accommodation for four adults, Easy walk to Skytree to get on the Tokyo Metro.”

”割と近くに大きな通りがあり、所狭しと飲食店や郷土工芸品店やカフェがあるので、素泊まりでも全然不自由しない。”

”I found the hotel very cool and interesting, comfortable and clean. The area it was in was great! The only issue is that The lighting in the entry way made it quite difficult for the tablet to read the QR code for check in but eventually got past that .”

”My favourite stay ever. The location is a little difficult to get to, but the email instructions were very clear and helpful. The design of the place is spectacular. This is a cozy, beautiful house surrounded by nature. Very clean and completely equipped. Make sure you do all your shopping before you head out; there aren't many options close by.”
