Our house has been completely renovated in the spring of 2022. We are located in a central and family friendly neighbourhood. The main town beach and the Old Town can be reached on foot in less than 8 minutes. The house is surrounded by the famous Fortress Triad of St. Michael's Fortress (3 min. walk) , Saint John's Fort (7 min. walk) and Barone Fortress (9 min. walk).
The space
There are 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with a pull out sofa bed in the living room for 2 persons. We can comfortably accommodate a total of 10 adults . Living room and 3 bedrooms have 60 inch 4K TVs with Netflix. Fully equipped kitchen includes dish washing machine. There are washing and drying machine and A/C is in all indoor areas.

The backyard of the house contains multi layered terraces with stunning views of the Sibenik seafront. There is a brand new jacuzzi ( Hot Tub) , and plenty of outdoor furniture. There is a fire grill and outdoor kitchen with fridge, stove and washing machine.
Guest access
The guest have private and exclusive access to the entire backyard with Jacuzzi and terraces as well as the summer kitchen and all the outdoor furniture. We provide 2 free parking spaces for our guests located less than 2 minutes walk from the house.
Other things to note
We strictly do not allow parties and guests who wish to disrespect us and our neighbours by not following our House Rules are not welcome.

Houseowner lives on a property nearby the house.

We provide our guests with full linens, bedsheets and fresh towels free of charge.

The final cleaning is included in the price of booking and there are no hidden fees.
