”Vicino a Firenze e quindi alle principali via di scambi, ma in una tranquillità disarmante. Il silenzio è parte integrante della struttura, ma sia chiaro assolutamente positivo. La struttura è ubicata in una zona veramente bella e le stanze sono confortevoli, comode e con la possibilità di cucinare. Infine fatevi coccolare dalla colazione servita in compagnia di uno stupendo gattone rosso e dalla bella Camilla. ;-)”

”Wow! The property is just amazing! Located on a vineyard, it is in close proximity to everything. (Sienna, San Gimignano, Castelina di Chianti) The appartment was roomy and great for a family of 4. The view is spectacular and the restaurant has great service and food. I recommend without hesitation.”

”Kartalla optimaalisesti Firenzen ja Sienan välissä, mutta autolla etenkin matka Sienaan kesti kohtuuttoman kauan kilometreihin nähden. Hienot maisemat ja ruhtinaallisesti tilaa - vaikka suihkukoppeihin ei yli satakiloiset mahdu liukuovesta sisään ;) Vessapaperi ei myöskään kuulunut huoneen hintaan, mikä tuli yllätyksenä, koska ei mainittu erikseen. ”Lovely place to stay in Siena. View was excellent and Viola was helpfull and nice”

” Good: spacious room, friendly owner who is responsive to all your questions, amazing breakfast, okay WiFi, and free parking. Bad: free parking is 300m away from the property, google map is not updated yet of the recent changed ( one way) and one way signage too small and need more cups and pots inside the room(Owner gave us some pots to use). Overall, the stay was lovely with picturesque views in both morning and evening.”

”Nous n’y avons séjourné qu’une nuit mais nous avons été agréablement surpris par le lieu! La chambre est belle, bien équipée avec de belles attentions ! Une piscine pour se rafraîchir et le cadre est superbe ! Le seul bémol serait que sans la ville à côté tout n’était pas ouvert mais nous avions prévu ce qu’il fallait pour manger. Je recommande et c’est une adresse que je vais garder!”

”The environment was nice and peaceful. Unfortunately can't say the same about the room. The bed stinked and the bedroom was chilly at night, even that it was summer and you were not able to adjust the airconditioning to change the temperature. TV remote didn't work, so no tv. Probably had run out of batteries. About the bathroom - there was no toilet paper holder and they were up by the window. ”The environment, building, views and breakfast are excellent. But a huge problem is that they advertise a room that does not even exist in reality! We booked a 20 m2 Superior room with balcony, hill view and king size bed. What we got was a cramped 11 m2 room with a queen bed, which they sell as ”for single use”. What they said is that none of the 20 m2 superior rooms have a balcony or a hill view (both of which are must-haves in a place like Colle di Val d’Elsa). No refund or other compensation...

”Very beautifully located and renovated place with great history, peaceful atmosphere and super-friendly service. Breakfast was served in a beautiful garden and it was great as it changed a bit every day. Room was spacious and clean with tub and fridge etc. Great views and many nice places to hang outside and read a book etc. The pool area was lovely also. Great value for your money! The only downside was a bit slow/at times non-existent wifi.”

”We stayed in San Lorenzo for three nights and we were very happy about the place. The surroundings were amazing, building itself was old but beautiful! The reception even booked a very nice wine tour for us! Our room had well equipped kitchen but no TV or radio. All together excellent and peaceful place!”
