”The B&B Tim and Ken run is one of the best accommodation experiences I've had in Southern England. Stylishly and sensibly renovated rooms with Scandinavian decor, ensuite amenities included, in an intimate environment – meaning that you won't see people coming and going all the time. ”Zoe was a star nothing was too much trouble for her. All staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious. Grounds were stunning a lovely setting for a quiet drink with just the ducks for company. ”

The premises are within easy reach of main roads to nearby Exeter and the coast, as well as lovely local pubs including Traveller’s Rest and Kings Arms for evening meals. I wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future. ”
