Embrace peace amidst beautiful foliage with your pet by your side. Primitive charm, basic amenities, a queen size bed, and coffee essentials are provided as well as a basic supply of water for camp use! This gorgeous site is located just 15 minutes away from Oquaga Creek State Park!

The heartbeat of this site is the incredible peace and quiet that greets you upon arrival! Natural sunlight streams into your site to wake you in the morning, while the heated bathhouse is a warm welcome after a day of hiking the local trails!

We know, contracts aren't the most exciting part of your getaway, but to keep our home safe, we'll need you to sign a quick rental agreement upon booking (this will be sent to you, after you book) — then it's all fun from there! You can see what the contract looks like in the House Rules section. Please note, check-in details will not be sent until that contract has been signed.

THE BATHROOM:
- Guests will have access to their site, an “outhouse” toilet, as well as the surrounding trails to explore.
- Bath house facilities are available by request, $20 for use/duration of your stay.

With an outdoor fire pit, you can enjoy dinner under the stars, or your morning cup of coffee from the comfort of one of the outdoor chairs. The inside of this site is beautiful, but we have a feeling that you will be spending most of your time outdoors during your stay!

- Outdoor Campfire (Reserve firewood to your campsite in advance for $8 a bundle. Cash payment accepted for firewood bundles at the property)

We love the environment, and are doing everything that we can to minimize our carbon footprint on this area. Here are a few ways that we are loving on the beautiful environment, and welcoming you to join us!
- We use high-quality, sustainable mattresses and linens
- All of our toiletries are eco-friendly, clean products that come with reusable dispenser bags to eliminate waste.
- We use LED lighting throughout the home to minimize electricity usage. Thanks to the natural sunshine, you can soak in the sun that floods this home through all of the large windows, without using excessive home lightning during the day!

*Please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you will need during your stay.

Please Note:

1. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented in the home, the renter agrees to pay $200.00 / per day.

3. Note, we do have a security camera at the home and it is recording 24/7, 365 days a year. It is facing the exterior of the home. There are no cameras inside the home.

4. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time.

5. Upon booking, each guest will receive a guest rental agreement. This must be signed before the House Manual (which includes access instructions for the property) is sent.

6. We provide complimentary 24/7 communication to ensure that your stay exceeds your expectations! Please feel free to reach out to us day or night and we will provide you with a swift response!

7. There are NO LONG CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS! We want for you to be able to fully enjoy every minute of your stay at the cabin!
