Whether you're visiting Sidney to spend time with family and friends, attending a wedding or special occasion, helping loved ones nearby, or simply looking for a comfortable place to stay for a while, this spacious single-level home offers the privacy, flexibility, and relaxed atmosphere that make it easy to settle in and feel at home.

Located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, this is not a typical hotel room or compact guest suite. With approximately 1,500 sq. ft. of indoor living space, multiple living areas, a private yard, and outdoor decks on both sides of the house, there is plenty of room for everyone to relax, gather, and enjoy time together.

The house sits along Sidney’s scenic Cycling Boulevard, a bike-friendly street with limited local vehicle access. With less through traffic, the neighbourhood feels quieter, cleaner, and more peaceful.

You can enjoy the wide front yard as well as outdoor deck areas on both sides of the home. The fully fenced, south-facing side yard features a timber deck, BBQ area, and outdoor dining set—ideal for family meals, casual gatherings, or simply enjoying the sunshine.

Both living rooms can also be fully enclosed for additional privacy or sleeping arrangements. Each includes blackout curtains and a pull-out double sofa bed with a brand-new 4.5-inch memory foam mattress—ideal for children or additional guests when needed (advance notice required).
