Our home is a single-family house in a quiet residential neighborhood in the town of Hammer, located between Siegsdorf and Inzell. The spacious vacation rental is on the first floor and is wheelchair accessible. It also features a terrace with plenty of seating.
Welcome to our 80-square-meter, wheelchair-accessible vacation rental in beautiful Chiemgau. The ideal place for families, friends, or small groups. Our spacious apartment is located on the first floor of our single-family home. The apartment features two cozy bedrooms and a spacious kitchen-living room. The first bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a TV, inviting you to relax. The second bedroom has three single beds (90 x 200 cm). In the cozy kitchen-living room, you can cook, eat, and spend time together. The couch and TV are perfect for unwinding. The kitchen is fully equipped and also includes a coffee maker. The modern, naturally lit bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower, also has a washing machine. The toilet is located in a separate room. Additionally, a large storage room provides space for luggage, strollers, or other vacation gear. In front of the apartment is a beautiful terrace with plenty of seating. It’s the perfect place to end the day with breakfast outdoors or a relaxing evening. Families with children in particular will feel right at home here: there’s plenty of space around the house for kids to run around and play. The beautiful location is perfect for relaxation while also offering numerous opportunities for outdoor activities.
The Seehuber family warmly welcomes you to our vacation rental. It is located in a quiet residential area in Siegsdorf/Chiemgau, in the Hammer district. Interesting hiking and mountain biking trails—leading, for example, to nearby Ruhpolding (8 km) or Inzell (6 km)—start right outside the front door. The Chiemgau Alpine foothills offer mountain tours for everyone. Whether it’s a leisurely hike through the alpine pastures or a summit climb—there’s something for everyone. Lake Chiemsee, just 20 minutes away, is the ultimate destination for relaxation and swimming. Salzburg, a cultural gem of the highest order, is a 25-minute drive away. In the winter, the cross-country ski trails are perfectly groomed, and alpine sports in Ruhpolding, Inzell, or Reit im Winkl are also within easy reach. We are the Seehuber family—Katharina and Konrad with our three boys, Julian, Luis, and Xaver. We love our beautiful home region and spend a lot of time in the mountains, on bike rides, or at the nearby swimming lakes in our area.
