”The check in experience was great. The reception staff was very nice. The room was very clean. The only thing that could be better is the shower space. Not much space to take a shower comfortably.”

”If having an accommodation in the very center of things is your goal, this property is the perfect solution. But travelers need to be aware that accessing this residence in your own car is not possible. But you can park in a covered garage in town and a valet will take you right to the front door and pick you up when you are ready to leave. Well worth the 35 euro for the service! Ada was extremely helpful in instructing us about how to reach the hotel and had many suggestions for what to see. I...

”Wow! What an amazing place! Katia is so personable and responds quickly to message through WhatsApp. Hotel has a posh vibe , clean ,quiet and nicely decorated. Room and bathroom are very nice. We were there for Il Palio and Katia answered all about questions and helped us get tickets to a Contrada dinner. She also sent us information to get seats for Il Palio but we did not do this due to cost. Hotel is a great location and walkable to everywhere I would stay there again in there again....

”Incredible location!!! The owner is so lovely and took alot of time to explain the area, give recommendations. She takes pride in her business and making sure her guests are well taken care of. She called our taxi, then walked with us and stayed until we got in. The rooms are beautiful! The only thing was the elevator with the grated platform you must walk across to get to the door really made us feel uneasy. Would absolutely stay here again though! ”
