”GREAT all around! Perfect location. Friendly and helpful staff who treated us like family. Very spacious rooms and bathroom; beds and pillows were super comfy. We stayed in Pope Alexander VII suite which had two big bedrooms, a beautiful, ample tiled bathroom, and little dining room. Views of Battista were amazing from our suite. So many Siena sites and churches and shopping within easy walking distance. Breakfast was wonderful. Only negative was that there weren’t any spaces or couches to...

”Hieno miljöö ja tyylikkäät historialliset ranennukset. Aamiainen oli hyvä, mutta lähes joka aamu tarjoilusta unohtui jotain minkä sai kyllä toki kun muistutti asiasta. Sisäänkirjautumisen piti onnistua klo 20 asti, mutta respan työntekijä oli lähtenyt klo 19. Avaimet löytyi, mutta saapumisviesttin oli kirjoitettu erikseen ettei aamiainen kuulu majoitukseen, vaikka se oli maksettu ebookersin kautta ennakkoon. Asian selvittäminen vei 40min puhelimessa mikä on melko naurettavaa. Onneksi pyysin...

”The environment was nice and peaceful. Unfortunately can't say the same about the room. The bed stinked and the bedroom was chilly at night, even that it was summer and you were not able to adjust the airconditioning to change the temperature. TV remote didn't work, so no tv. Probably had run out of batteries. About the bathroom - there was no toilet paper holder and they were up by the window.
