”This place is amazing!! The palazzo is so beautiful and perfectly located. We were right on the Piazza Salimbeni and only a few blocks from the Campo. There were 6 adults staying and we were all quite comfortable. ”Great tranquil place to stay only 15 minutes by car to Siena. Sara is a warm and welcoming host.There are so many adorable towns around: Asiano, Chiusure (lunch at Locando Paradiso is lovely) and Buonvonvento. The Abbey of Monte Olivieto Maggiore is worth a detour. One hour away is the beautiful Chianti region. Highly recommmend the towns of Castellina in Chianti, Panzano and Greve in Chianti and its surrounding majestic view. ”

”We were a group of 10 that stayed here for 4 days. We ranged in age from 19 to 72. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the views, the quiet, the pool and the ability to spread out and not feel cramped. The Villa is about 15 minutes from the train station, so a day trip to Florence was no problem. Some of the more adventurous even took the train to Cinque a Terra. ”We used the villa to do several wine tours in Chianti, Montepulciano, and Montalcino. The views from the villa are incredible. We had a chef come in and cook us dinner two night one of which was a pasta making class. We had some minor inconveniences with heat and hot water that the owner addressed quickly. The approach is a fairly long gravel road and driveway. You will absolutely need a car.”
