Step into this lovely holiday home: a spacious hallway with a wardrobe and a welcoming entrance awaits you. From the hallway, you'll find the kitchen immediately to your right, the generously sized living and dining room, the light blue bedroom downstairs with a single bed, and a guest WC with shower.

The living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV, a CD player, a radio, a stereo system, and three comfortable seating areas.

Here, you can enjoy meals together with your loved ones at the large dining table, gaze at the sea, or simply spend a pleasant evening by the fireplace.

The separate kitchen features a dishwasher, a stove with oven, a coffee maker, a toaster, and ample dishes and cooking utensils.

Three further bedrooms are located upstairs.

The yellow and blue bedrooms each have a large double bed (2.00 m x 1.80 m) and access to the loggia balcony. Here, too, you can enjoy the sea view.

The third bedroom has a bed measuring 2.00 m x 1.40 m.

The large bathroom with bathtub and shower is also located on the upper floor.

From the living room, you can access the terrace, which is furnished with garden chairs.

A large lawn invites you to relax (two sun loungers are provided).

A magnificent sea view can be enjoyed from the living and dining area, the kitchen, and two bedrooms on the upper floor.

In the basement, you will find a washing machine, a sauna, and a ping-pong table.

A parking space is available on the property.
