The Seaside apartment is located in the "Holiday Park" complex. The complex is directly on the beach – there's no need to cross any roads to reach it.

The apartment has two small bedrooms (one with two single beds, 190 cm x 90 cm, and one with a bunk bed, 190 cm x 80 cm). The small, open-plan kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, etc. The living room features a CD player and a flat-screen TV. The sofa can be converted into a bed. The cozy dining area with four chairs is perfect for meals or games. The loggia offers stunning sea views and can be shaded with an awning.

A parking space (395) is available free of charge for your stay. From there, you take a short walk up a tower to the third floor. There is no elevator. A laundry room with washing machines and dryers is available in the complex for a fee.
...``` On the small promenade there is a bread kiosk, a children's playground and a beach chair rental. The "Hansapark" amusement park, the Panoramic indoor swimming pool and the Meet'n Move (bowling alley) are within walking distance.
