The holiday home is divided into three bedrooms (two with double beds, one with a single bed that can be pulled out) and a bathroom (one with a shower, one with a bathtub) on the upper floor. On the ground floor, there is a guest toilet, a kitchen (dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment), a large storage room, and a spacious living room with a fireplace and dining area. The living room and dining area offer panoramic views of the large garden and, in spring, as far as the Baltic Sea. A large, partially covered terrace is furnished with a table and six chairs, as well as two sun loungers. The living and dining area is furnished with chairs, a high chair, a table, a sofa, a glass coffee table, and a fireplace.

Free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a television are available. A washing machine and dryer are located in the utility room.

The large property is ideal for children.

There is an outdoor parking space for one car and a garage in the front garden.
