"Hyvä palvelu"

"The only two good things were: 1.Location. Beach is within 3min. 2. Service - lovely people during my stay. Otherwise: I asked for seaview- got a room on the first floor with balcany towards a school and padel fields with screaming kids and people. Room AC didnt work properly - was super cold at night. The reception tried to fix it kindly at night and was very helpful. Still didn't work though. Over all the premises need renovation badly... Unfortunately wont come back even though location is very nice. "

"Siisti, mukava huone"

"Yövyimme 6 yötä premium huoneessa. Huone oli tilava ja kylpyhuone toimiva. Pieni miinus liian kovasta sängystä (petauspatja puuttui) ja laskutilojen vähyydestä. Aamiainen oli ok, mutta ei erityisen kattava. Sijainti oli ehdottomasti parasta. Sekä ranta että vanha kaupunki parin minuutin kävelymatkan päässä ja ravintoloita lähistöllä pilvin pimein. Lisäksi vastapäätä olevan puiston kummallakin reunalla oli aina takseja saatavilla. Taksi linja-autoasemalle maksoi noin 8 euroa suuntaansa."

"More like 1-2stars than whatever they’re selling. I booked a week for myself and my daughter. We were put in a room on a 2nd floor on the side. The whole floor looked like it had not been cleaned in months. Disgusting. Our door was jammed so we could barely open/close it. Someone had wiped their nose on the wall next to the bed - not cleaned. Beds and pillows are extremely uncomfortable. Bedding is orange old musty fleece that looks like it hasn’t been washed in months. Walls are paper thin! You can hear everything your neighbor says or does. A guy next door had “payed company” the 1st night of our stay. This is not an assumption, this is a fact since I heard everything. Thank god my daughter was sleeping and didn’t wake up but I heard EVERYTHING! The bargain and the disgusting stuff that followed. They gave us another room on the other side of the building next day. 3rd floor was a bit nicer and cleaner. The front desk said that where we were put first, is known to be a little sketchy… my question is; why on earth put a mother and young child there then when there were lots of rooms available anyways?!? This was off-season. Location is great and staff is friendly, but we obviously will not be returning this hotel ever again! "

"Asuimme 2,krs studiossa osittaisella merinäköalalla mutta näkymä oli silti loistava.Huone oli trendikkäästi ja kauniisti sisustettu,patjat ja tyynyt hyvät nukkua mutta vaatekaappi oli ehdottomasti liian pieni.Keittiönurkkaus oli varusteltu riittävin perusastioin sis.mikron,leivänpaahtimen,kapselikeittimen ja vedenkeittimen.Kylpyhuone kaipaa remontin.Se oli ihan eri paria itse huoneen kanssa.Bideetä ei ollut ollenkaan,kylpyamme ei ole enää tätä päivää.Ilmanvaihto toimi raollaan olevasta ikkunasta jota ei ollut tarkoitettukaan laitettavaksi kiinni jolloin aamulla oli kylmä. Siivous toimi loistavasti.Asiakkaista huolehtiminen ihan parasta:missä muussa hotellissa kysytään vain henkilökunnalle menevällä viestillä kesken asumisen ollaanko viihdytty ja toivotaan vastausta asioiden korjaamista varten jos joku on huonosti.Arvostan!Hieno idea on laittaa pöytätennis pihalle vaikka ei tällä reissulla pelattukaan!Vuoden päästä tulemme taas Marbellaan varmastikin tähän samaan hotelliin<3"
