Please keep indoor and outdoor noise to a minimum (Sierra Madre is a very quiet neighborhood, and sound travels easily in the foothills).No Parties: Absolutely no parties, large gatherings, or unauthorized commercial filming allowed.🚲 Gear & Equipment (For Cyclists & Hikers)Gear Storage: Please store mountain bikes, muddy shoes, and outdoor hiking gear in the designated area (garage/patio). Do not bring dirty gear onto indoor carpets or hardwood floors. Washing Station: Please use the designated outdoor hose in the backyard to wash off bikes or muddy footwear after your adventures. Property Care & Safety: Trash Disposal: Please sort and place all trash in the designated outdoor bins. Curbside pickup is every [Insert Day].Mountain Wildlife: Since the home is located in the foothills, always keep screens and doors closed.
