”Desde el principio la comunicación con el personal ha sido hostil. Hicieron caso omiso de mis peticiones. En una localidad donde no hay servicios, tienen inhabilitado el microondas. No se puede calentar ni un vaso de agua para hacer una infusión. El bar restaurante cerrrado todos los días. Ausencia de personal. ”Buena opción si quieres un hotel para ir a dormir. Está separado del pueblo pero muy cerca andando. Dispone de bar y restaurante por si no quieres salir.”

”Hôtel propre, mais accueil glacial, aucun sourire, on ne prend pas la peine de répondre à nos questions, on a le sentiment d ennuyer la réceptionniste quand on arrive. Nous avons eu le droit a une coupure d eau, impossible de prendre notre douche le matin avant de partir, l'eau ne coulait pas des robinets, ni de la douche, par contre la chasse d eau fonctionnait. Les prix du restaurant sont excessifs pour ce qui est proposé et tous les autres restaurants ferme très tôt, donc ils ont le monopole....

”El lugar es hermoso, las habitaciones tienen buen espacio, las camas muy cómodas y el dueño del lugar muy amable, cuenta con buen espacio para dejar el auto y el paisaje de los alrededores es de foto. Como sugerencia si la llegada es después de la hora de check in, avisar con bastante anticipación.”

”Loistava hotelli lyhyen ajomatkan päässä pamplonasta. Hotellin lähellä ei juuri palveluita ollut mutta noin 10-15 minuutin ajomatkan päässä pamplonan keskustasta. Lähinnä seutua on rauhallinen teollisuusalue joten minkään lähiön läheisyydessä paikka ei ollut”

”We were pleased with the hotel - very nice, clean, new and spacious rooms with great views in a beautiful setting. Breakfast was also great! A couple of things would need a bit improvement: dinner was a big disappointment especially considering that we are in Spain. Also, it is difficult to get to Laguardia or other nearby towns as there are only a couple of taxis operating out of Laguardia, Haro etc.”
