One of the closest Vacation Rentals to the beach, this airy 2 bedroom condo is on the second floor of the building. Inside you’ll experience a spacious floor plan connecting a welcoming living room, a dining room that seats 6, and fully stocked kitchen. The living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom all have sliding doors that walk out to the large deck. The private deck faces west towards Beach Road & just beyond a row of homes is the Gulf of Mexico. The private deck is perfect for your morning coffee, experiencing the ocean breeze, or just relaxing.

The kitchen is fully stocked with silverware, cookware, dishware, towels and has a Keurig, drip-coffee, ice-maker, oven, stove, fridge, toaster, freezer & microwave. The living room has HDTV with DirecTV Stream and a sofa that turns into a queen mattress. The master bedroom has a king bed, HDTV w/ DirecTV Stream, access to the deck, and an attached full bathroom. The second bedroom has a king bed and HDTV w/ DirecTV Stream. The 2nd bathroom is across the hall from the 2nd bedroom.

Towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and dish soap are all provided. Siesta Key Dreams is happy to provide free high-speed internet, WIFI, HDTV equipped with live sports & an extension channel list via DirecTV Stream.

Outside on the ground floor, you’ll have a ONE-reserved parking space, shared gas-grill and shared laundry facilities.

If your condo is ready prior to 3pm check-in, we will provide early check-in. Siesta Key Dreams also offers baggage drop-off prior to your check-in time. After you make your reservation, the additional services or requests are available in the link we send.

Guests will receive a Rental Agreement via email that provides common details about our terms and conditions, such as our no-smoking policy. Before you check-in, and just after booking, we require guest verification. You will receive information after booking and the process only takes a couple minutes. This allows us to provide a safe location for our guests, neighbors, and employees
