    Tämä houkutteleva yksikkö on juuri maalattu ja koristeltu. Se on kaunis! Yksikössä on kaksi makuuhuonetta ja kaksi uutta täyttä kylpyammeet, joista toisessa on kylpyamme. Makuuhuoneessa on mukava king-size-vuode, suuret kaapit, kylpyamme, työ- / meikkiasema ja suuri teräväpiirtotelevisio. Vierashuoneessa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta, suuret kaapit ja teräväpiirtotelevisio. Tarvittaessa voit nukkua 6 olohuoneessa olevan sohvan avulla.

    Pohjapiirros on avoinna kaikkialla, jossa on mukava virtaava ruokailuhuone-yhdistelmä, joka johtaa mukavan kokoiseen ilmavaan parvekkeeseen, jossa on tuolit ja pöytä ulkona. Olohuoneessa on uusi 50 tuuman, erittäin teräväpiirtotelevisio ja kotiteatterin äänipalkki. Kattotuulettimet ovat jokaisessa huoneessa. Ilmainen Wi-Fi on käytettävissä kaikkialla. Päivitetyssä keittiössä on ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet ja kaikki tarvittavat keitetyt mukavuudet mukaan lukien uusi Keurig-kahvinkeitin ja uusi pinottava LG-pesukone ja -kuivain.

    Tämä perheystävällinen huoneisto on osittainen näkymä lahdelle, ja se on askeleen äskettäin nimettyyn yksityiseen rantaan, Dr. Ranta ja Best Beach 2017 -hotellille, sillä se on upea kvartsihiekka. Lisäksi lomakohteen palvelut ovat paikan päällä ja hauskoja paikallisia aktiviteetteja on kadun toisella puolella. Tulet rakastamaan sitä täällä!

Great vacation rental, everything we needed. The condo and beach amenities worked very well for us. Easy Check-in and out, great location. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was very clean and well equipped

We were impressed with the cleanliness of the unit. Overall it was nicely furnished and well equipped. However, the towel bar in the guest bathroom kept falling out of the end caps, which was annoying. The swimming pool area was also nice and the sand on Siesta Key Beach is very fine. The sunsets were beautiful. Our unit was very close to the road, so we could hear a lot of noise from the businesses across the street, but overall it was a pleasant experience.

School vacation stay

The condo is true to pictures on line, nice furnishings, comfortable beds. Guest parking is free for February but they start charging in March. Also, you are allowed 4 chairs per unit, 2 white and 2 yellow. Beach towels are also available in the game room. If you plan to cook bring your own seasonings including salt and pepper. Overall very nice condo, great beach and location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A group of friends and I had a great time here! We loved the location; it was within walking distance of restaurants and a small grocery store. The trolley picked up right outside too. The interior was clean and well maintained. We did have a few issues (moldy washer upon check in and no beach towels), but they were taken care of immediately. There was an inventory at the front desk, if an odd item was needed (cookie sheets, for us). The interior is very quiet; however, music could be heard throughout the night on the balcony.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Took a 10 day trip to the beach and stayed in House of the Sun on Siesta Key. Great beach location. What else do you need other than beach chairs, towels and umbrellas, right? The beach chairs were reliable. However, for 3 of the days there were NO beach towels for any of the guests because, and I quote, the towels were all dirty and no one had remembered to wash them! Beach umbrellas were for rent for $20 per day (I will say that the umbrella rental company was great to work with). I talked to various people staying at other places on crescent beach about their respect service levels and took down the names of the buildings that had good service for our next trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time. We have beautiful tans.From this unit, you can watch the entertainment across the street without being there!! We did fill out the form when we left for the owner. Not sure where that went. We stayed in spare room. Maybe new mattresses at least on the bigger bed and new extension cords on both side that include charging for phones. Our biggest problem is that TV's all work differently so a printed instruction for each room would avoid the desk coming to help.

House of the Sun staff is very nice and helpful if you need anything. They really keep the property clean and maintained. The location is right on the beach & close to restaurants. Although 402GS was not available yet for next year, we made sure we booked another condo for next year because we love this property!

House of the Sun provides lounge chairs for your use on their private beach, and if you don't want to bring an umbrella for shade, you can simply rent one for the day or week from the efficient vendor right on the property. Washers and dryers are included in the units which are nice to have for washing out a few things before your trip home or after a day on the beach.

There are just two comments that I would like to include. We felt that the kitchen was lacking in the amount of silverware and some utensils. We cleaned the lint trap after each use of the dryer. The vents may need to be cleaned as the appliance took an excessive amount of time to dry clothes.Otherwise we very much enjoyed our stay!

The staff is very nice .This is our 2nd stay at this properly. And we do plan on returning. But I do have to say. The master bedroom is noisy. The music across the street is loud . Even though it stops at 10. The crowd is still partying. And they don't stop at 10. The bedroom window needs a blackout window shade.Street lights are very bright . It lights up the room like daylight.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location as you can walk across to several places to eat, drink and shop. Most other condos on the beach you would have to take the trolley or frog hop. Make sure to ask if your condo has beach chairs, you only get 2 lounge chairs per condo at the beach!

Could Be Better

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo had very bad odor that we reported and maintenance came and sprayed the AC coil off it didn't help. The VT in the master bedroom and living room didn't work the first couple days until maintenance came and repair and replaced them. Went to through some stakes on the grill and there were three people waiting and only one grill and several burners not working in that one. Never grilled that week. I understand the new chair policy however we had to buy chair while there were at least 30 chairs stacked up by the pool.

Siesta Key - House of the Sun

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hard to go wrong with this property right on Siesta Key. We had a minor issue with the laundry which was solved within the hour of bringing it to the mgmt company's attention. The worst thing was the english lady who ran the beach chairs. She lectured us when the beach was empty about taking more than two chairs. It was a bit of a weird thing, she appeared to leave everyone else who did the same alone.
