  • Tervetuloa Sunin taloon - yksikkö 404 - "lomapaikkasi rannalla." Tässä laitteessa on uudet keittiön kaapit ja kvartsi-työtasot. On olemassa uusi posliini laatta koko oleskelu-, ruokailu-, keittiö ja eteinen alueilla. Värimaailma on rauhoittava liinavaatteet ja beiges. Olohuoneessa on 42 tuuman plasma-tv DVD-soittimella ja AM / FM-kelloradio iPod-telakalla. Nahkaistuimiin kuuluu lepotuoli, rakkausistuin ja lepotuoli. Lasi-toppi, valkoinen paju ruokalaji asettaa on istuimet neljä. Lisätuoleja makuuhuoneista voidaan lisätä laajentamaan puolueesi kuuteen. Snackbaarin ulosteet ovat ihanteellisia välipaloja tai vain juttelemista varten.

    Makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode ja tv. Huoneessa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta, joissa on tv ja DVD-soitin. Molemmat makuuhuoneet ovat kokolattiamattoisia ja niissä on valtavat kaapit, pukeutumistila ja satunnainen istuin.

    For your comfort, kattotuuletin tarjotaan molemmissa makuuhuoneissa sekä olohuoneessa.

    Keittiö on täysin varustettu uusilla, uusimmilla laitteilla ja tarjoaa myös pinottu pesukone / kuivausrumpu pyykin tarpeisiin.

    Nauti taideteoksista. Olohuoneessa löydät abstraktin ekspressionistin, rajoitetun painoksen Tampa-pohjaisen David Edmundin tulosteita. Makuuhuoneessa on Bonnie Lynn Brankeyin merenalaiset maalaukset, ja vierashuoneessa akvarellit on maalattu Sarasotan taiteilija, Shawn McLoughlin.

    Rentoudu Meksikonlahden nähtävyyksiin ja ääniin omalla parvekkeella, joka on varustettu kahdella lepotuolilla ja pöydällä, johon mahtuu neljä paikkaa.

    Siellä on ilmainen langaton internetyhteys langattomaan internetiin, joten saat kannettavan tietokoneen. Tarjolla on myös ilmainen paikallinen puhelinpalvelu.

    Sun of the Sun -hotellissa on lämmitetty uima-allas, tenniskenttiä, juhlatila, parkkipaikka, ohjaamo ja ulkogrillipaikka. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great time at our recent stay at House of the Sun. Our condo was very clean and had most things we needed for the week. The kitchen could have had some more items to use but otherwise ok. We did need to buy coffee filters, dish soap and beach towels as these things were not provided. The front desk staff were very attentive to our questions and needs. Sent a staff member to fix the master bedroom closet door almost immediately after we reported that it was off the track. The House of the Sun is in a great location! Plenty of places to eat nearby. The trolley system they have on Siesta Key is excellent. We used it several times even though we had our car. Other then the issue with the red tide the beach was beautiful. Never had a problem getting chairs or a rented umbrella. The pool area is somewhat small but we always found achairs when we wanted to sit there. We would definitely go back to the House of the Sun if we visit the area again!

Bathrooms need to be updated and mold needs to be removed from there. Bed is super old like probably 20 years old. Bedrooms and furniture need an update. EVERYTHING IN THE UNIT IS OLD. We paid a lot of $$ to stay there for a week and I was so disappointed.

The noise from the bar across the way was very loud, we are up late so okay, but people with small kids may find it noisy. Beach is amazing. The chairs at pool are tied down so you can’t move them around which was not ideal. People in building were nice. Condo was large. Restaurants and amenities all within walking.

I had a problem with mgmt of this property. 2 days out of the 7 we stayed the pool was out of service. This was not acceptable being we had paid for the amenity of having a pool. Their answer wasn't acceptable either, saying there was too many people in the pool not cleaning themselves off. You can't say whose is allowed in the pool and who isn't having renting there. Also, after I left the pool was still closed. If your running a business that pool should not take that long to get someone to clean it. This pool was left go and not maintained the proper way, or have a second pool then to accommodate the people that are paying. Yes I had requested a partial refund, but it didn't make up for the whole week staying there to which I had to drive to swim elsewhere besides no apology.

Great Complex - Unit Needed Updates

The location, convenience, cleanliness and staff were all great! That being said, we would not come back to the same unit. The mattress in the Master Bedroom of our unit was horrific. Like unable to be slept in. It has to be 20+ years old. It is lumpy and so soft that on one side it must drop 10-12" when someone gets into the bed (the other side drops probably 6-8"). We had read a couple of reviews from previous renters that this was an issue and were led to believe it had been fixed, but it has not. It was a big disappointment. We had to put our children (4 and 7) in the Master Bedroom and we had to take the individual twin beds to be able to sleep for the week. Incredibly disappointing.The other issue is that the drain in the main hallway bathroom does not work well. When you shower, or take a tub, there is immediately standing water. In order to drain the tub you have to physically hold the drain knob down.Outside of that, the unit was very nice. The décor, main living room, kitchen, etc... were all great. Unfortunately, the mattress and bathroom drain were big enough pain points that, unless fixed, it would prevent us from using this specific unit again.
