SIESTA KEY IS BACK AND REBUILDING TO BE EVEN BETTER!
After a rough hurricane season in 2024, Siesta Key is in recovery and almost back to normal! As of early November 2024, most restaurants and stores are open and the beaches are almost all open to the public, again.
We encourage you to visit Siesta Key again and see for yourself that this beautiful island we all know and love is back in action and ready to host tourists once again!
The Dock Holiday is located at the popular Bay Oaks Condominiums in a beautiful, park-like setting on the intracoastal waterway, where you can watch the sunrise. Spacious and updated, second floor, two-story condo with almost 1400 square feet of living space.
The living room is furnished with a large flat-screen smart TV (cable not provided), including free WiFi, and a cozy reading corner.
The screened balcony off the living room has a beautiful view of the intercoastal waterway and an electric grill to fulfill your BBQ needs.
The kitchen is updated and modern with stainless, Samsung appliances, granite countertops, and cabinets supplied with everything you need to make large family meals.
The private laundry room is at the end of the kitchen with a full-size, side-by-side washer and dryer.
There also is a convenient half bath around the corner from the kitchen.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with walk-in closets, private en-suite bathrooms, and flat-screen TVs. The owner suite has a private balcony that overlooks the intercoastal waterway.
A beach cart, umbrella, chairs, beach toys, and towels are available for guest convenience.
The facilities inside the Bay Oaks Condominiums include a resort-style swimming pool, fishing pier, dock, clubhouse, and tennis court.
The Dock Holiday is located a 1/2 mile from the famous MTV “Siesta Key” Crescent Beach and 1 mile to the #1 rated Siesta Key Beach. Catch the free Trolley at the street to get to Siesta Village or the beaches.

Great Condo
We had a wonderful time at the Dock Holiday Condo. Siesta Key is one our favorite places. The property was clean, comfortable and in a great location. Owners were great at communicating through the entire process.

Great Condo
Enjoyed our stay at this property. Was well furnished for all our needs, including cooking, fishing, going to the beach and rainy days (it even had a couple of umbrellas in the closet). GREAT attention to detail and made to feel welcomed (a lovely welcome note and treats for the Christmas holiday). Beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean. Looks like the condo was recently updated as did not have the worn look of other properties I’ve stayed in. Not a negative, but be aware there are 14 steps to get into the unit and 14 to get to the bedrooms, so could be difficult for those with mobility challenges. I didn’t see a baby gate (or any accommodations for little ones) if concerned about little ones and stairs.

Fabulous stay on Siesta Key bay
The condo was magnificent- recently decorated and furnished and all immaculate with everything we could have needed
A very small issue with a fault on the fridge was rectified quickly and without any issues so we really couldn’t have asked for more! Hopefully back next year ! Thanks so much

Fall Get Away
The condo was very clean and had everything you would need while away from home. The property mangers were always quick to respond. The only things that I did not like about the condo is that local television was not provided. We happened to be staying during the baseball playoffs. We resorted to watching it on our phone. First time I have ever experienced that with all my prior stays. The other thing is that the condo smelled like musty/mildew. The odor absorbed into all of our clothes. :) Location was great.
