”I always stay here for the clean rooms, the park and ride option, you can always count on their shuttle to get you there on time. Friendly staff, good food and the market is great too.”

”Helpful staff”

”Kicked us down to a worse room at check in because they let other guests overstay, using up all the room category we paid for. Then lied and said the one they moved us to was an upgrade and refused to fix it. Sorry y'all, but going from a 600 sqft room down to a 400 sqft is not an upgrade. Property exterior is extremely run down and covered in wet plant matter. The pathways between buildings are extremely uneven and dangerous. ”Very helpful and accommodating for when my flight was delayed. They picked me up from airport and I was able to work from the hotel remotely the next day until my flight was rescheduled. Staff was very friendly and very well maintained property.”

”Been booking this hotel for 3 years, and this year they charged for every little thing. Complimentary breakfast was now $15.99 parking is now $10 a night. Staff told us if we didn’t use all our breakfast vouchers we’d get refunded. During checkout they refused to refund the unused breakfast vouchers and staff told us to get the hell out of the hotel when we argued. Walkway on the side of the hotel has uneven steps, that caused me to trip and break my wrist and have a contusion on my ribs. Will...

”It was exactly what we needed for family, so we could catch our plane to Canada the next morning.”

”I first made this reservation because it had pretty good reviews however the pool was filthy, we planned to eat dinner there Sunday night because it advertised a really good menu, however the chef never showed up so we had nothing to eat there and a lot of places in that area are closed on Sunday. Breakfast had a nice selection . The air conditioer in our room sounded like a mac truck. The noise kept waking us up. Needless to say we will not be staying there again”

”Great breakfast, very timely airport shuttle with friendly drivers, room was super clean and comfortable, beds were so comfortable, great stay on a business trip.”

”The rooms were clean but the walls are thin! We had to move to a different room due to noise. The staff was very accommodating and switched us without any issues. The hotel was central to what we needed it for. The Ice machine did not work on our floor so we had to go to the next floor to grab ice. Breakfast was a plus. Last time we stayed, they were renovating. All and all, we would stay here again.”

Also in the corner of the shower. Something had been removed from the tub surround, possibly a soap dish however the area was not cleaned. Looks like black mold around the edges. The door to the bathroom needs serious attention. It’s disgusting looking filthy.”
