”Everything was great. Luz (the owner) was great. She cooked and brought us breakfast the first day because we arrived too late to get groceries. My daughter absolutely loved the heated pool. I think that she was in it for 6 or 7 hours the day before we left. We will definitely be back.”

”I made a complaint of this hotel due to they charge me of staying in hotel, even I have paid via ebookers the bill of staying in hotel. Other things in hotel are that there were thin walls and all noise was heard from outside and also from hotel lobby and restaurant until late evening.”

”It is a very cute hotel in the center of of Cuenca's historic district close to very good restaurants. The neighborhood is safe and clean. That being said, it is a busy loud area and my room had a street side balcony. So if you have sleep issues this isn't a good choice for you. The amenities were few but I did appreciate being able to refill my water. Also, I found the cats adorable but if you are allergic you need to be aware of them.”

”Que me dijeron que no había habitaciones pero les indique que ya tenia pagado en expedia me dieron la habitación a las 7y30 pm de la noche .al final me solucionaron y todo quedo arreglado”
