”Really lovely place and staff, we were extremely happy with the room! Very well located, close to biggest sightseeings. Everything was new and modern, as this place is only 1 year old and freshly renovated. We enjoyed our time there and would definitely come back!”

”A good sized apartment, located 10-12 minutes walk to St Mark's Square and 5 minutes walk to cross Pont dell'Accademia. It had everything functional in an apartment. Many restaurants, bars and shops around the apartment. The host is very nice and responded to all of our questions quickly. The king bed was comfortable, the single folding bed was less comfortable. It would be nice if there was a screen to stop water splashing when taking a shower. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay.”

”Location great . Staff great , room was not described as per booking no terrace over looking garden or city . Very small room . Bathroom had an odour cold tap was not working at all when we got staff try to fix but after 10 mins was not working again and bathroom door jamming . Also parking in booking is fictional and not explaining actually how far away it is from accommodation, obviously it’s a city of canals but could of been a little clearer as boat ride cost us £18 each way and car parking...
