”Room was impressively clean but the road noise was equally impressive. Wow. Most disappointing was when hotel clerk broke the cardinal rule of announcing our room number out loud to the other person in the small check-in area. Then when we reached the room, the security locking feature on the door did not work. Unacceptable. She did agree to move us to another room. There is absolutely nothing around this place and if you don’t have transportation ordering pizza seems to be the only option. ”

”Stayed on first floor. Second floor guest might as well be in the room with you, as even light steps echoed through the room. Bathroom fan either didn’t work or wasn’t even present, was like a sauna after a short shower. The smoke alarm has an obnoxiously bright light that flashes randomly. We’ll stick with Holiday Inn Express”

”I found a cockroach on the ground in the bedroom so I started looking around the property and found lots more, especially under the bed. I have a baby that is crawling and learning to walk, so I was extremely concerned about this. Management told me that they spray weekly because they have an abandoned building behind their property… which was another concern. I was also informed that they do not have a way to clean under the beds. When I put my son back in his car seat, he has a little...

”Breakfast staff worked quickly and efficiently to keep up with a full hotel of teens and parents all in for regional events. Our room lacked a few things like working light bulbs in the lamps, lotion was empty, we only had 2 bath towels when there were 3 of us. Minor things we worked around”

”The property is old and dated, but expected with the price point. We stayed for a sold out concert. If you just need a place to lay your head, this would be fine. The staff was very friendly and even though the room was dated, it was clean. They even left us a goodie bag of treats (more than what I've received from higher rated places. I felt safe and over all I would stay there again. ”

”Requested room to be cleaned and freshened up with towels, coffee, drinking glasses. They said they would but did not. Had to go down at 11:00pm to get items. Otherwise it was fine. Btw…we were there for a concert so was charged 1100.00 for a 2 night stay. Regular price around 140.00 per night..”

”I normally try and be fair about reviews but this hotel was awful. The elevator didn’t work so we had to carry our luggage up to 3rd floor. The room was dirty and didn’t seem to have been cleaned very well. The shower tub was peeling and had a disgusting rubber mat over it to hide the peeling. The sink and toilet area was dirty and dated. The AC for the room worked poorly so we were hot or cold all night. It was truly a disgusting experience!”
