”I have stayed at this hotel several times before and have had four different rooms which are all different and have their own charm. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and it is nice to have a restaurant and bar downstairs that closes at 10pm so it is not noisy at night either. My only complaints though, are it doesn't look like anyone has washed and of the windows of the entire establishment in over a year, they really need cleaned. In addition to that the lightbulbs in the room are...

”Good location for freeway and multiple eateries. Despite advertising 'soundproofed rooms'. They were not. Easy fixes were not done. I.E. Paint splatters not removed from fronbedroom. Upholstery backing of bedroom chair needed attention as well as refinish. Breakfast was minimal. Good snack. An OK hotel, with decent staff.”

”Everything was fine. The only complaint I have is I was told a 75.00 hold was put on my Credit card and I haven’t received the money. I am still be charged for the hold. Thank you Ed”

”My room was nasty. There were leftover rags in the shower hanging off the bars. There was hair everywhere. The room smelt nasty. I literally looked for another hotel option. If only it weren't so late. I would never stay at this hotel again. Ever.”

”The customer service was top notch and the place was otherwise great, too. There was no microwave in the room (as was mentioned in the text) but it was in the corridor. No biggie. All around good experience!”

”Overall for the price the hotel was pretty good. A bit run down but clean. The older gentleman who checked us in was very friendly but when we called before checking in the lady who answered was very short over the phone. We didn’t realize it had smoking rooms so the hallway stinks but once we got to the room you couldn’t even tell so we were ok with staying.”

”The room was clean and the staff was great. The bed was okay but the pillows were so thick and hard I couldn't even use them. Also, the footsteps of the people above both rooms we had were very loud until the middle of the night. Not sure what was going on. No soundproofing??”

”Stayed 2 weeks, no room service for clean towels or even clean the room over course of 2 weeks even though was told every 3 days they would. No fridge or microwave in room, had to maintain my own ice chest, at least there was an ice machine. Front desk seemed annoyed when asked for simplest thing of toilet paper, had to provide my own amenities.”

”It was nice but the breakfast needs to work on. Eggs mixed with corn ? Toaster was in hiding. Tea bags hot water suger not well accessible. They were all over.”

”Breakfast was pretty bad. Lots could be done to make it better. Suggestion: Put out some butter early so that it isn't freezer cold when people want to use it. Suggestion: Use fresh eggs in the egg/sausage section. Suggestion: Ensure that there is enough sausage. Suggestion: Have better selection of teas. Suggestion: Keep enough coffee for every guest to have a couple of cups. Suggestion: Have some honey set out.”
