”The lobby smelled when we first went it. The one guy practically accused me of stealing towels. We had 1 towel in our room and went to front desk and he basically accused me of stealing for I had not mentioned it sooner. The guy that checked us in was nice, but the guy in the morning was rude and disrespectful. The bed was ok and the area was quiet but the lobby smelled and the staff was not helpful or nice at all”

”Good overall value but lacking in amenities (does have a pool). Staff is helpful but scarce
- it’s often hard to find the front desk even staffed as management has them doing multiple jobs. Most severe is maintenance - we have had heating, TV, and other issues and there is no onsite maintenance staff to fix anything. Breakfast is ok but minimal.”
