”On a scale of 1-10, I'd give this no name hotel a 6. The facility was, at best, OK. We stayed for a week, but housekeeping never came to clean the room once. Normally, after three days, they pop by to freshen things up - change light bulbs that are burned out, refresh tissue boxes, etc. That never happened. We had to take towels and bedding down to get them exchanged. There were no amenities in the room - no shampoo, conditioner - just one little bar of soap. The hair dryer holder had...

”The room was wonderful--clean, nicely appointed, and quiet. The bathroom was spotless and beautiful. And the HVAC worked perfectly. We saw kids in the hallway and at breakfast. But we did not hear them while in our room. And we couldn't hear the coming and going late in the evening or early in the morning. Perfect! The pool was warm. The breakfast was okay. The hot food selection was not wonderful, with only hot oatmeal and scrambled eggs. It's the one thing that this hotel could improve on.”
