”Amazing place to stay while visiting friends and family. Our studio suite was well appointed, clean and comfortable (the bedding was so soft!). The pool area was refreshing and clean, the staff incredibly helpful and kind. Lots of parking and easy access to all points of travel in town.”

”The room was very spacious and we enjoyed the soaking tub. It appeared the room had not been cleaned in sometime. There was hair all over the bathroom, in the shower, around the toilet. There were nail clippings throughout the room, found on the carpet by the bed and other random spots on the carpet. For the price we paid for the room, I was expecting it to be better cleaned.”

”On booking a twin King bed room for 5 adults it was listed as having a rollaway bed available for the 5th adult. Upon arrival they said they could not do that. Front desk then offered extra pillows and blankets and gave us a breakfast credit for all of us - then charged us breakfast. Avoid this place.”

”This property was conveniently located for my stay. The bedding was clean and new. However, the room needs updates. My door needed to be pulled closed. Could easily have been left askew. Then when closed, there was light coming through the crack.”

”Staff was AMAZING. Very kind, wonderful people! 10/10 on hospitality! However - beds were very firm.. too firm, and not comfortable. This is my #1 complaint, as we were here for a basketball tournament and needed a comfy place to sleep. It was pretty clean, but the bathtub needed a little extra love. Shower water felt slimy. I probably would not stay again because what I look for is comfort.”

”I arrived 50 minutes early. Told my room was not ready. And told they could not guarantee when room would be ready. I asked if there was anything they could do to get me a room right away. I was on my way to a wedding. Traveled 5 hours. I was told. No we cannot do anything but call you and we don’t know when. I returned my luggage. But returned and asked if a smaller room could be made available. They said yes but that I would be charged for the larger room. I took the small room at the higher...
