”We loved our stay at the Calderwood. Tried several Wilson wineries in the area and had great experiences at them all. Enjoyed talking with other guests at breakfast and learning about their favorite restaurants and wineries. Quiet, comfortable room in a charming house with a great front porch.”

”I was under the impression that this hotel was a 5 star facility but it is absolutely not. It has a lovely lobby and the pre-check-in experience was fine but when I arrived, there was no one around except someone who looked like he didn't even work there. No one came to the door to help with bags, and there was no doorman even though the main wooden doors are extremely heavy to open. The person behind the reception barely looked up, offered zero assistance, and provided no information at all...

”We loved the staff at H2 hotel! They were very kind and helpful - gave great recommendations for restaurants and activities. Breakfast was great - could choose healthy free continental or more hearty paid menu. We loved that they had free bikes, free latte/breakfast option and free valet parking. No nickel and diming. ”

”Room was clean when we arrived. Had room service, none of our bottles for toiletries were full. Empty upon arrival, called the front desk, the gentleman brought us all brand new bottles, but seemed to get rather upset because my dog barked at him. Stayed for three days, room service didn’t bother to wipe down anything that was accessible and cleared of personal belongings. Breakfast was mediocre. But again, it’s hotel. Our second time staying, pet friendly and very pleasant. Will definitely stay...

”The rooms were loud from the ambient noise from the street. It was difficult to sleep because of this. The property was adequate, but I’ve stayed at several properties in the Healdsburg area and this is significantly overpriced for what you get. Would strongly advise looking elsewhere are you can find better and lower cost rooms at several hotels in the area. ”

”Room was nice. Clean! Bed & pillows above average. Hallway has a horrible smell, and our friends room stunk of mold, but none was visible. Breakfast was the usual bland variety, but for free it’s fine! Parking lot is small and part of the are is taken by storage facilities. Not easy to navigate in a large vehicle. Overall positive experience. Check in was fast and friendly. ”

”This is my second time staying at Madrona and it is such a gem! The property is stunning and peaceful, the art and decor in the house is beautiful. The rooms are clean and food is lovely.”

”We had awful experience We first got a room that reeked like vomit The carpet was filthy . We went to reception and got moved to a better room. Carpet was also dirty stained. Airconditiner did not work properly. Coffee maker also had issues. Beds were comfortable and towels clean. This hotel advertises „exceptional breakfast” , it is far from truth Coffee express machine did not work. Also there supposed to be a pool and jacuzzi. Aparantly they never had it there. Locals call this hotel...
