”No complaints about this hotel, everything was great. The airport shuttle was super convenient and on time for an early am flight.”

”Room was nice as far as the eye can see. There were crumbs where the trashcans were meaning the cans weren’t moved or the room wasn’t even vacuumed. My daughter’s feet and pants were dirty from crawling in the room. ”

”The property itself is nice, however, it is right on the Pacific Coast Highway. The road is literally a steps to the door of my room. One room, about 3 or four rooms down, is pretty much on the sidewalk. This area is popular with the homeless. There is no fence. Anyone could stroll in with shopping cart and set up camp or worse. They. Need a fence for that portion of the hotel. ”

”Room cleanliness is was so horrible checked out same day only a half hour after checking in. Was very disappointed. Staff was friendly and accommodating however the overall cleanliness of the room given was unacceptable. ”

”The properties photos depict something quite different from the reality of the suites condition. The living room furniture was dirty tattered and torn. This included all furniture. The bathroom floored were also unkept. Keeping this in mind , when we checked in we had to wait because although the room was allegedly cleaned it had to be inspected. When I complained about the room, they said they were aware of the condition and that all rooms were similar so there was nothing they can do. I...

The hotel is close to the highway, which makes it easy to access, though the traffic noise is noticeable in the rooms, especially early in the morning and late at night. The main issue during my stay was cleanliness. When I went to take a shower on the first night, there was hair left in the bathtub. It was very late, so I cleaned it myself rather than calling staff. We also opened the sofa bed and found used tissues and chocolate wrappers inside,...
