I liked that it had a waterfront view. Beds were clean. Carpet in room old stained and very dirty. Carpet outside of room had stains everywhere and looked dirty. I would maybe stay there again if it could be cleaned up.

Very pretty location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good. The hotel is in need of a remodel but was clean and our view off the balcony was lovely.

Good views. Nice balconies. Clean staff and property. Pool is a bit oddly located but not a breaker. Full hot breakfast. Great stay

The property is getting remodeled. Juan, one of staff is working really hard to make sure everyone is comfortable. Thank you Juan! Everyone is really nice and the singer outside is a pleasure to listen to on this beautiful evening. The fresh cookies are a hit with our family too

We did not like haveing to wait to check in even though we were there at 4:00 We hd to wait 40 minutes to get our room! Pool area was a bit rundown. No coffee available in the lobby

Staff is friendly and helpful, as always. The property needs more than "a refreshing ". The hallway on the 2nd floor needs a lot of work,in particular. The HVAC did not work for the entirety of my stay. The kitchen does a great job on the morning breakfast.

Beautiful setting & nice place. But.. the pool & hot tub were very cloudy & dirty, the sauna had a bunch of dirty towels on the benches & the bathrooms down there were pretty nasty to.

Sold a room with a fireplace for the rate of a room with a fireplace knowing that all the fireplaces do not work, which is odd since the one in the lobby does. Terribly understaffed as well. Halls were filthy. Wallpaper peeling in our room. Shower curtain didn't cover enough of the shower to prevent a puddle of water in the bathroom. I'm pretty easy going when it comes to hotels, but I absolutely will not be staying here again.

Worst nights sleep EVER. The worst part was feeling like no one cared too! Every 2 minutes our smoke alarm beeped, phone calls to the desk, multiple times asking for help being told someone would come and nope. 1 am. 6 am. 7:30 am. Morning find out the green hot tub had to be drained because it was not ok to swim in the night before *GROSS. Burnt free cookies at the desk. GM didnt take time ti help find lost pool bag- said they didnt have it. After knocking on staff door downstairs, Renee GM was wrong and staff did have our bag, glad we did our due diligence. Didnt feel cared about at all. Will never be back. Have requested a full refund.

The property is very worn, I did see signs that a remodel is I. Progress. With that said, I’ve stayed here 3 times because the view of the bay is gorgeous, rooms are clean and the breakfast & staff are great. Choose the 3rd floor

The cookies and breakfast were good. Front desk staff could use some hospitality training. Was quite rude to the guest next to me yelling loudly that their credit card was declined and she couldn’t accept the company card on file. Tended to us, but definitely not with a smile at any time during our stay. There was no shampoo in our room and I didn’t bring any because I knew there would be hotel shampoo. When I called for some a maintenance person brought some for the empty dispenser but didn’t install it correctly so no shampoo came out. Day two, no room servicing so I called again for shampoo to be fixed….just wanted clean hair, and was told that maintenance would come. No maintenance. Called again a few hours later and was told Maintenance would come. You guessed it, Nope! First morning we were woken up at 6:30am for a fire alarm. After it was determined that it was a false alarm 45 min later, we returned to our room and tried to do work only to be interrupted by fire alarms every 5-10 minutes for short periods of time. A call to rooms letting people know they needed to test the system would have been nice vs us questioning if it was real or not every time.

Definitely coming back.
The breakfast was really good. Food was high quality and the service staff were quite friendly. 3 day wait for room service was awkward and the walk to the pool was slightly ridiculous.

Dirty, but decent breakfast
The hotel didn't feel very clean, dirty carpets, and the pool area was dirty. I wish the pool area had towels available, it was a long trek down there and we didn't know we needed to bring our own so we had to go back to our room and get them. When we got in our room it was freezing cold. We discovered that the door for the patio was wide open, and it didn't seem to shut all the way. Breakfast was pretty good.

The building is old but is under renovation. The rooms were nice but dated. I’ve stayed there before and I’ll stay there again.
