”We arrived after 6 a.m. for the night before's booking, due to a fiasco of a moving day from out of state to this area. We checked in with our cat, ate breakfast, then got a QUICK 2 hours sleep, before we had to be at our new home closing at 10 a.m. Our TV didn’t seem to work in the room (husband tried, wouldn't even turn on). The flooring had debris on it, like it hadn't been swept very well. There was a dog nearby in a room thay kept barking almost nonstop...bothering our cat & us. And there...

”This was a clean hotel. No musty smells, comfortable beds, clean. Kids enjoyed hot chocolate downstairs in the evening. Only “meh” concern was they seemed to not refill the breakfast area. There tend to be early breakfast eaters because of the tournaments nearby. Didn’t seem to keep up with the bar, so by 8am it was wiped out. Otherwise, we loved the place.”

”Our room was in the historic section. The staff was amazing! The most friendly, helpful people I have ever encountered. The kind woman at the front desk went so far as to call her daughter for a recommendation for a vegetarian restaurant for me! Many restaurants within walking distance. Parking is sufficient. The courtyard is delightful. Spring cleanup has been delayed by recent cold weather. Chairs and tables invite guests to pause and enjoy the tumbling water in the fountain and the warm...

”Very nice old house with beautiful details. This place not suitable for people with moving disabilities because of steep stairs. Our room was located closest to the motorway so the noise of heavy traffic kept us awake at night. If you want a good night sleep ask fir a room somewhere futher away from that road. Walking distance to the city. Note that breakfast in the bistro is not totally free. ”

”Nice area close to the cruise port & restaurants. The garage was a bit confusing, and the black lady checking us in was in a hurry - she took the time to explain to the couple in front of us but could not even tell us where the elevator was….maybe she had to go to the restroom SMH! The room was nice & facing the riverfront. Will stay here again. ”

”Older property partially renovated. The room was large and efficient. We enjoyed the kitchenette and full fridge with freezer.. The bed was old and worn in on the sides. Due to short staffing, the room was not cleaned on the 2nd of our 3rd day stay as advertised.”
