Summer is the best time to be in the mountains- book now for the best rates! Easy access to all the amenities of Summit County: six world-class resorts within 45 minutes, Frisco Adventure Park, Lake Dillon, and thousands of acres of national forest trails and the Eagle's Nest Wilderness. Watch wildlife from the sunny south-facing windows and breathe the fresh mountain air in this spacious, family-friendly 2-bedroom condo. Shopping at Silverthorne outlets 5 minutes away. Great restaurants and breweries nearby! Take advantage of the excellent public transportation throughout Summit County from the convenient bus stop steps away.

This 2-bedroom condo sleeps up to 6 guests in 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, a loft bed, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There are 2 full bathrooms, including a newly remodeled primary bathroom, and a washer and dryer in the condo. The fridge and pantry are stocked with basics. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail from the private deck and watch wildlife such as moose, martens, foxes, and lots of birds in a peaceful forest setting.

While pets are not for permitted for renters, we do bring our dog to the condo so please be aware there could be pet dander if you are allergic.

WE DO NOT PERMIT SMOKING OR VAPING IN THE CONDO. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR DEPOSIT IF YOU SMOKE ANYTHING IN OUR CONDO.

This unit has a Responsible Agent, whose chief purpose is to respond to an external complaint submitted to the local government regarding the renter's stay in this unit. If the local government receives a complaint about the renter and it contacts the Responsible Agent, the renter will be charged for the Responsible Agent's response with a cost of a $35 flat fee plus $100 per hour charged in 6-minute increments until the complaint is resolved.

We welcome all guests to enjoy our space and encourage BIPOC and LGBTQ+ folx to stay. This condo has a lot of steps and may not be comfortable for people with some disabilities but please contact us for more information.

Overall, our stay was good and the home had what we needed for our trip. However, we do have a few suggestions that would have made our experience even better.When we arrived, the house was noticeably dusty, especially on the nightstands and electronics. The recycling bin was also full, even though guests are required to empty it before checking out, which suggests the turnover inspection may not be as thorough as expected.We also had concerns about the linens. The master bedroom sheets had visible stains, and the pillowcases had what appeared to be bleach marks, which made us question whether everything had been freshly laundered. In addition, several condiments and spices in the fridge had expired more than a year ago.Our suggestion would be to conduct a more thorough cleaning and inspection of the property between renters. Addressing these details would greatly improve the overall guest experience.

Rachel is an amazing host!! The condo is located near the Lily Pad Trail, an amazing view of the land! I loved that we weren't right in town. The condo had anything & everything you could need, even sleds for the kids!! The back area was perfect for sled rides, snow ball fights, & building a snow man! I loved the front mud room area to hang all of our belongings after a day of skiing. We played dominos & monopoly all week, courtesy of the condo! Will stay again!!

A GREAT place to stay in the Mountains and to hit the slopes

This property was absolutely fantastic. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed to make our ski trip perfect. It was a short drive to Keystone & Breckenridge and not too much further to Vail. I appreciated the covered parking spot when it snowed and the back porch for evening relaxing. There was almost nothing to be disappointed in with this place.The drive up the hill to get to the property is longer than it looks on a map but was well maintained and plowed when it snowed.

Great place with fantastic views

Great place to stay. Comfortable space with plenty of room. Unfortunately the clubhouse was closed for maintenance while we were there so I can’t speak to those amenities, condo itself was great though.

Lovely Condo

I stayed here during the summer. Very beautiful condo. Felt very secluded, no noise from neighbors. Keep in mind that like many mountain homes this condo does not have air conditioning. There was a bit of a heat wave when I visited, and it was warming inside than I would have liked but not uncomfortable.

The bed in the master bedroom had a cheap memory foam pad, the comforter in the master bedroom had sand or dirt all over it at the foot of the bed, the chairs and the BBQ on the balcony were filthy and had to be cleaned before use. The showers had very poor pressure.

Great Ski Trip Stay

The property is very clean and very well stocked. The layout was also perfect for a family of 4. We stayed here to ski at Keystone and Breckenridge and the condo is positioned roughly in between these resorts. It is a bit further of a drive than we expected due to how the roads are laid out. However, for the price you won't find a better deal near the slopes and there is a lot to do in the surrounding areas. We would definitely stay here again for a ski trip.

Rachel was the best host. She was super responsive and very easy to work with. The condo was in the perfect location for trail access, was clean, and spacious. We had a wonderful stay!

Great first vrbo experience

This was our first vrbo experience and it was a positive one. Sweet spot. Great layout. Property manager was thoughtful in making sure needs were met. We have 2 in our party who have pet allergies and I may have mistaken "no pets" to mean there hadn't been pets in the space, but there had been. Live and learn. Recommend this spot to others.

Beautiful Condo

Beautiful condo and location, very peaceful and gorgeous views! We saw a moose in the back yard, that was special. Fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds, plenty of fans and blankets, bathrooms were stocked with lots of room to put personal items. A great place to stay!

Quiet Spot near hiking trails

The condo was pleasant and sunny with a nice view out from the balcony. We were able to walk to two hiking trails and avoid parking limitations. Kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay.
