”It was clean, nice for the one night we needed it. The staff were not friendly, when we checked in or out, it was different staff members and they seemed to hate their job. Not pay attention or greet people. When we checked in the one lady was on her phone and barely acknowledged me, she was dismissive. When checking out it was pretty much the same. ”We really enjoyed our stay at The Block and also this litter city, Silverthorne. We stayed 2 nights in the Container Room which sleeps 3. We are a family of 3 and so my daughter took the futon and we took the queen bed. It was comfy and sufficient space for our family. Everything was very clean and well organized. The common/community areas are very user friendly and welcoming. The view from our room was also gorgeous! We got a great view of Blue River. The icing on top is it snowed the last...

”New furnishings were nice. Beds were comfy but very low to the ground. Plumbing fixtures in bath and kitchen need tightening. Room was hot and no way to cool it down.I would stay here again if the price were right.”

”We had a number of texts to facilitate the check-in process. The kitchen was small with limited counter/prep space. Wi-fi access was easy and available. TV use was very confusing. I did find a disconnected DISH system in the bedroom drawer. The bedroom TV had no service. ”
