”A bit dated but very clean and the host was excellent; very responsive. Second bedroom has 4 beds (1 bunk, 1 trundle). Able to walk to downtown easily. Long walk from elevator to condo if anyone has mobility issues. Would stay again.”

”staff maya was not good , not helpful --- I stayed 15th to 19th june i requested her 2 nights AC was not working in Masters bedroom she did not address proper way to management or superwiser they have alternate day cleaning service did not clean my room. or bathroom everyday i have to ask for new towels they ruined my experience with stone bridge & i spent lot of money sorry -- never go in future”

”Location is perfect for those wanting to walk around the downtown. Beautiful views, stunning scenery, amazing food and tasty drinks. Our room happened to be on the street and was very noisy at times. We could also hear the people in the front lobby very well, the ductwork was projecting into our room (we could hear a disagreement between staff and customers). However staff were friendly and attentive.”

”Water was leaking slightly from the bathtub stopper, and the water pressure was weak overall. The hair dryer was not working, so I requested a replacement. The staff were friendly. A very long train passed by even at night.”

”The tiled kitchen/lounge floor was dirty The general decor was well used and past its best. The complete absence of staff meant the issues we had had to be dealt with phone and email and was unsuccessful and the issues were never resolved. We wasted to much of our valuable time waiting for someone to fix the door access The place was soulless”

”Love that it was pet friendly! But the beds were super uncomfortable, the toilet ran the entire time, the ceilings in both bathrooms were peeling, carpets were dirty. Considering how much you pay during peak season, I would expect it a bit better maintained. Staff were lovely and grounds are nice.”
