”This is the 4th time I’ve stayed here with my family. The time before this one I felt like the staff was very short and rude. Assuming I maybe caught someone on a bad day I brushed it off. This time, I’m absolutely certain everyone who works there hates their job. The receptionists were “ok”. The bar/restaurant staff are fireable based on their attitude alone not to mention they won’t stay off their phones long enough to take your order.
Our stay was for 3 days and when housekeeping came in 1...

”This hotel is absolutely beautiful and the area was amazing. Telluride is such a beautiful place. The staff wasn’t that friendly when we asked for things but oh well we enjoyed our time there anyways!”
