”Hello, I paid on Expedia with a different form of payment and then was charged also at your desk. This was not just a hold it was a charge for the room. I was double charged.”

”I appreciated the complimentary breakfast with waffles, but there wasn't quite enough space around the buffet and it got pretty crowded with all the people trying to get food.”

I had to wipe up some condensation and then saw how dirty towel was and few minor stains on floor and tub. The lock of door would not ooen and I had to use card several times for door to open. Everything else about the room was nice. I would perfer to have at least 3 towels. Ty”

”My son and I stayed here on 6/17. We checked in around 8:30pm and left the next day just before 11am so we weren't here long. We just needed a place to shower and sleep after a long day at Kings Island and this place served its purpose. We weren't up for breakfast so I can't speak to that but check-in was easy, the person was polite, we had no issues with the room, etc. This is my 2nd time staying here and I would definitely stay again.”

After checking out, I was charged $100, no receipt no explanation. When I called to inquire they said it was due to excessive cleaning. ”This was my third stay at the Drury in Mason. Customer service is top-notch. The kick-back, offering a buffet of various food, is excellent. With today's economy, you can't beat it. The free breakfast is also fantastic. I traveled with one person and we really apprecated it. I can't imagine the savings for families. I also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Every time I've particiapted in the kick back, one of the staff members has asked if I found everything satisfactory. The trip last week ......

I’m not sure how this was classified as a hotel. The conditions would lead you to think that each room should have a door to the parking lot.
