”I was adventuring solo for a few days and stayed in the 3-bed hostel room at the Avon. The room was small but the bed was comfy, the amenities were nice (i.e. towels and toiletries in the bathroom), and the staff was welcoming and helpful. It is a funky, cozy, old-timey spot in the mountains, with a covered porch with rocking chairs so you can sit outside and look at the mountains winding down after a day of hiking or having your morning coffee. ”This was a great place to stay. We enjoyed the larger coffee pot, microwave and fridge. Loved the fluffy towels and washrags. Wish there was a light above the sink for putting on makeup and I wish there had been a hair dryer! The fitted sheet kept coming off the mattress! Maybe deep fitted would work better! Very close walk to shops and restaurants. ”
