Modern and very spacious, Villa Bahamas is a fantastic 6-bedroom villa, located in Armação de Pêra, with stunning views over the sea and just 600 m from the best golden sand beaches. Built and furnished to the highest standards, it offers all the necessary amenities for a relaxing and luxurious holiday.



The property is ideal for large families or multiple families on holiday. On the ground floor, there is 1 twin room with an en-suite bathroom. On the lower floor, there is another twin room (with ceiling fan) and a separate bathroom. On the first floor, there is 1 twin room (with en-suite bathroom) and 2 double rooms (1 with en-suite bathroom), plus an additional bathroom.



Villa Bahamas has free Wi-Fi and air conditioning (cooling and heating) in all rooms, except on the lower floor, which has a ceiling fan.



The games room, on the lower floor, has table tennis, table football and snooker, ensuring hours of fun. There are also comfortable sofas, TV and kitchenette with fridge, microwave and washing machine. Outside, a large pool (heatable as an optional extra) invites you to relax. The jacuzzi (as an optional extra) is perfect for the evenings. There is also a traditional barbecue for meals on the veranda.



The location is excellent, a short walk from shops, restaurants and bars. Beaches are an 8-minute walk away.



Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).



Group deposit: €150 per person (payment by credit/debit card). There are some restrictions for group bookings.



A booking, insurance and archiving fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking amounts (deposit and final balance), security deposit, transfer, extras and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the security deposit.



Prices for up to 12 people.



From the 13th to the 16th person, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds (only €105 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (infants/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).



In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
