”We thought the breakfast was terrific!! Way more selections than you normally find in a motel. Waffles, hard boiled eggs, cereal, oatmeal mix, bread, muffins, english muffins, etc. No orange or apple juice but lemonade plus another citrus drink. Checkin and out was easy. They were in the process of getting the pool ready for the summer. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Only thing we didn't like was the thin one ply toilet paper!! But we would definitely stay there again and would...

”This property was disgusting the safety chain from the door was found in a drawer and was so dusty that I woke up sick the next day…the bathroom was disgusting the bedding stained with old blood and mattress pads had urine spots all over them I will NOT stay there again…I also took several pictures and asked for my money back the owner refused”

”Everything was fine at the hotel. Only thing I will complain about was the scents. There are many perfumed smells obviously in cleaners, carpets and the bedding. This made for an uncomfortable stay. I won’t stay again due to this. Also, we were charged for internet . I have 3 Bonvoy accounts so that shouldn’t have happened ! In a great location .”

”The Rosemount Inn is located in a beautiful area of Kingston with many restaurants close by. The waterfront is also within a short walk. It is not far from the main highway and is easy to find. The included breakfast was very good. ”

”We really enjoyed this property but the check in process was very clunky and opaque, difficult to figure out how to contact the host. The integration between them and expedia is not good, messages were repeated, missed and late in arriving. We talked to another guest at the property who had the same experience so... it's a thing... but once inside with codes and keys, we really enjoyed it and have no complaints. ”

”Hotel door & jam was damaged which made opening & closing tougher than it needed to be. Elevator location not conveniently located. Had to use stairs. Strong pot odour”

”Newly renovated spacious rooms with comfortable beds. There is a sink in the bathroom and a sink outside the bathroom that made getting ready for our event so much easier. The staff is friendly and rooms were very clean! They are in the process of renovating the old staircase. We were pleasantly surprised by the room!”

”The one side is undergoing Reno’s. Ground floor had ant problems in multiple rooms. Both my mom and my room had an issue with ants crawling all over the bed/room. The middle hotel with the pool is nice and upgraded. Bottom floor patio doors not very secure. ”
