Holiday Home 'Haus Am Rurufer' with Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

The holiday home Haus Am Rurufer is located in Simmerath-Dedenborn, with direct access to the Rur riverbank, and offers everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The 100 m² property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms, accommodating up to four guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, two TVs, a washing machine, and a dryer. The house has a private, open terrace where you can unwind in the evenings.



Please note: The large garden pond may pose a danger to young children, so children should be at least six years old. The pond is not suitable for swimming, not even for dogs.



A lockable storage space with a power outlet for bicycles is available on request.



The conservatory is closed during the heating season. Public transport is within walking distance. Two parking spaces are available on the property. Up to two pets are welcome. Smoking and parties are not permitted. An electric vehicle charging station is available and can be used for an extra fee.
