”めちゃくちゃ綺麗で使いやすく過ごしやすかったです！！受付のおじさんが日本語話せる方だったので洗濯機の使い方がわからなかったのでとても丁寧に教えてくれました！コップ、お皿、フライパンとかはあったのですが、食器がないのでお箸とかあれば嬉しかったです！後トイレのウォシュレットの電池が切れて使えなかったのでマイナスぐらいで、タオルも予備で洗面所の下に大きいバスタオル、フェイスタオルがありました！部屋の温度設定が難しくてよくわからなかったのですが、寒くなかったので問題なかったです！ シャワーの水圧は普通でしたが、暑いお湯もちゃんとでるので気持ちよく使えました！！最高のホテルでした！”

”The rooms and public spaces are beautifully designed and managed. Exceeding expectations! The breakfast at Constanza is not worth the money for a traveller with liking to traditional Western foods. Service at Constanza is also slow and slightly clumsy. The awkward service breaks at the spa / pool / gym have to be attended. It is a pity that a guest has to think about such things. Nonetheless, super rooms and outstanding staff!”

”I stayed 10 nights in an apartment in Ryu house village (separate building). The location is good, check-in was ok. But the room was not as clean as I expected. Moldy shower curtain, stains in doors and in kitchen, the refrigerator was located in balcony, which smelled like sour dairy products. The bathroom was a square meter by size, shower being just a shower head from the sink. Whenever showering, the whole bathroom was wet. Opening the window helped but also let the mosquitoes in. ”Really nice hotel that’s at a great location. Right by subway, food and shopping options all around it. Can walk to Hyundai department store in a few minutes. The staff was so nice and accommodating. We had 5 in our group which Uber doesn’t offer 5 seater - so the staff would call us a van each time we needed it. I highly recommend the hotel - and will definitely be back. ”
