The space
Beautiful gated 1 bedroom-1 bathroom townhouse in the heart of Pelican Key. Private gated community with 24-hour surveillance, shared dipping pool, partial ocean views, etc. Welcome to island living!

Step into the home to the large kitchen and living room on the main floor. Open glass sliding doors to the first balcony and outside dining area, with views of the garden and pool. The washer and dryer are also on this floor.

Upstairs you will find the beachy/boho and natural-lit bedroom. Bedroom features vaulted ceilings, a full bathroom, lots of closet space, a desk, and another large balcony. You will find 2 lounge chairs on the balcony, perfect for your morning coffee to listen to the nature and the ocean.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
*Bedroom- King bed with a Queen size blow up mattress in the closet
*Living Room- Queen size pull out couch

KITCHEN
It is fully equipped and suitable for preparing any meal.

PARKING
Free parking. There is a designated car port for you at our home, next to the front door that is suitable for most cars. If you have more than 1 car you will have to park on the main road (Billy Folly)

BEACH ACCESS
You can walk 5 minutes down the road to the Flamingo or Simpson Bay Villas and enter. These are public beaches. I highly recommend taking a car to some of the recommendations you will find in our House Book on the coffee table.

MEDICAL
There is a clinic within 5 minutes drive into Simpson Bay town on Welfare Road
